Review by hotel critic
A Honest Take on Saket: Balancing Luxury and ValueWhen it comes to hotels, I often seek a perfect balance between cost and comfort. On one hand, the rooms were reasonably priced and well-equipped with essentials like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries that added to a comfortable experience. The hotel's location is a strong point, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and the Select City Walk Mall—a perfect spot for an evening stroll or local dining. The overall service fell short of expectations. While I appreciated features like the 24-hour reception and in-room breakfast, the staff’s attitude was disappointing. An unfriendly front office manager and a strict no-visitors policy—especially during the day—felt unnecessary and detracted from the experience. In summary, while Saket has its perks, it would benefit from a more customer-oriented approach. If you're looking for a budget-friendly base, it could work, but be prepared for a few bumps along the way.
