A Honest Take on Saket: Balancing Luxury and ValueWhen it comes to hotels, I often seek a perfect balance between cost and comfort. On one hand, the rooms were reasonably priced and well-equipped with essentials like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries that added to a comfortable experience. The hotel's location is a strong point, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and the Select City Walk Mall-a perfect spot for an evening stroll or local dining. The overall service fell short of expectations. While I appreciated features like the 24-hour reception and in-room breakfast, the staff's attitude was disappointing. An unfriendly front office manager and a strict no-visitors policy-especially during the day-felt unnecessary and detracted from the experience. In summary, while Saket has its perks, it would benefit from a more customer-oriented approach. If you're looking for a budget-friendly base, it could work, but be prepared for a few bumps along the way.
